Ms. Quispel is an experienced Dutch diplomat currently working for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of The Netherlands in Ottawa, as the Deputy Chief of Mission of the Dutch Embassy to Canada. She has had previous postings in The Hague, Rwanda and Burundi. Her European connections, diplomacy skills and experience with human resources are of great benefit to Globe Smart Kids.
